Manufacturing process of Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium wire
1.Wire Drawing: Draw the titanium wire at a temperature of 800°C.
2. Annealing: Heat the material to a range of 750-780°C, maintain the temperature for 1 hour, then allow it to cool completely.
3.Pickling: Immerse the annealed material in a pickling solution, which is a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
4.Cleaning: Rinse the pickled material thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.
5.Drying: Place the cleaned material on a platform to air dry.
